Emilia’s Crafted Pasta is a small collection of 4 fresh, crafted pasta restaurants in Central London. At Emilia’s all our pasta is made fresh every morning in each of our restaurants in full view of passers-by and served from our fully open kitchen. We love-soul warming comfort food. Everything we do revolves around the essence of Italian cuisine – freshness and simplicity. We believe that food is better when it’s 100% natural and do our best to ensure there is nothing unnatural in our food. Essentially, we want to bring back memories of that warm tingling feeling in your stomach you got as a child when your Nonna cooked you a delicious bowl of pasta after coming home from playing outside.
